My birth certificate reads Michael and not Mike. Of course thanks to my high school basketball coach, college greek life, and the pracice of law school professors addressing students as "Mr." or "Mrs." everyone but my wife calls me by my last name.<BR/><BR/>When I read your post I initially thought he had been demoted to the D league.
